Background: Introduction to SunnyBude

SunnyBude has evolved as an education and development consultancy from Integer Training Ltd which was established in 1989 in Bude, Cornwall by Paddy Frost a qualified teacher and co-founder of a residential activity holiday centre, prior to setting up the training company, and, it’s accompanying social enterprise, a CIC.

It was awarded Grade 1 Outstanding by Ofsted on its first full inspection and continues to work directly and through other Primes for funding and collaboration throughout the UK and abroad.

SunnyBude builds on the experiences gained and adopts many of the ‘best practice’ ideas and models developed over the years including a Hub and Spoke – as a Centre of Excellence – working in local Communities, building legacies for the future, through learning and development.
